At Movie Icon Jackets, we're committed to delivering your order swiftly and securely, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed with transparency and your satisfaction in mind.
1. Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday through Saturday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Total delivery time is the sum of processing/handling time and transit/shipping time, as set out below.

2. Custom Orders
Standard items in our catalog follow the delivery timeframe in Section 1. For custom-made jackets — built to your own measurements, design choices, or personalisation requests — please allow 15–20 business days for total production, processing, and delivery.
3. Order Confirmation, Tracking & Tracking Page
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you'll receive an order confirmation with details about your chosen jacket.
You'll also receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers generally become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Courier Services
To uphold our commitment to quality and prompt delivery, Movie Icon Jackets partners with well-recognised courier services including FedEx, DHL, SkyNet Worldwide, and UPS.
5. Shipping Address Requirements
For accurate and timely delivery, please provide a physical residential or street address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses, as our courier services require a physical address for delivery.
6. Customs, Import Duties, and Local Taxes
Sales Tax & Local Taxes: All applicable local taxes are included in our displayed product prices. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout — no additional tax fees will be added by Movie Icon Jackets.
International Customs & Import Duties: For international shipments, any customs duties or import tariffs applied by local border authorities on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
7. Product Availability and Shipping Locations
Shipping timeframes may vary based on product availability and size. To expedite delivery, some orders may be shipped from our international manufacturing warehouses.
8. Damages & Lost Shipments
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at cs@movieiconjackets.com so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
9. Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available to all customers worldwide, including the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.
