Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Who pays customs duties or import taxes? Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country's authorities on delivery are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my leather jacket if it doesn't fit?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
It depends on the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped you the wrong item, we cover return shipping at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns or size/style exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full breakdown.
Can I return a custom-made or personalised jacket?
Custom-made and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they're made to your specific measurements or design choices and can't be resold. The exception is if the item arrives with a manufacturing or production defect — in that case, we'll provide a free replacement or repair at no cost to you.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we issue refunds within 10 business days. EU customers are refunded within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer law. Refunds are issued in the same currency and amount you were originally charged.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We charge $0.00 in restocking fees on all returns and exchanges — no exceptions.
I'm an EU customer — do I have additional rights?
Yes. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Contact us within that window at cs@movieiconjackets.com to exercise this right. This right doesn't apply to custom-made or personalised goods.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
