Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unused
In original condition
All original tags attached
Returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Custom-Made & Personalized Items

Custom-made or personalized jackets are produced specifically according to customer preferences and are considered final sale items.

However, custom-made items remain eligible for a replacement or refund if:

The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product contains a manufacturing defect

In these cases, MovieIconJackets will cover all associated replacement or return costs.

MovieIconJackets will cover return shipping costs in cases where:

The wrong item was shipped
The item arrived damaged
An incorrect size was sent that does not match the original order

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, including:

Change of mind
Style preference
Ordering the wrong size

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Size Exchanges

If your jacket does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer a size exchange.
