Refund Policy

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your jacket was delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, your jacket must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exempt Items

Please note that custom-made jackets are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Proof of Purchase

To process your return or exchange, you’ll need to provide your order number and the email address used during purchase.

Return Process

Before sending any item back, please contact our team at cs@movieiconjackets.com to request the designated return address and approval.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions, with all return shipping costs fully covered by us:

• Wrong item delivered – You received a different product than ordered.

• Damaged item – The product arrived damaged.

• Incorrect size – The size delivered does not match your order.

In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and exchange the item at no additional charge.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, please contact us at cs@movieiconjackets.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cs@movieiconjackets.com so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
